Vision: To create a thriving innovation ecosystem in Zhytomyr that empowers researchers, youth, and industry to drive sustainable urban mobility solutions through entrepreneurship and collaboration.
Mission: To enhance entrepreneurial and innovation skills by providing tailored training, mentoring, and commercialization support, while fostering synergies with EU initiatives to bridge the knowledge gap and accelerate urban mobility transformation.
