Fostering a Culture of Innovation in Zhytomyr Schools

We believe that building a sustainable urban future starts with empowering the youth. Upon the invitation of the Scientific Lyceum of Zhytomyr Polytechnic and Zhytomyr Lyceum No. 5, our team presented the new opportunities available within the UrbanElevate project.

Supported by EIT Urban Mobility, we are bridging the gap between education and real-world innovation. During the meetings, we introduced students to:

🔹 Girls Go Circular: An EU initiative that empowers young women (aged 14–19) with digital and entrepreneurial skills through the lens of the circular economy. We highlighted the chance to join the global \\\\\\\”Women and Girls in STEM Forum.\\\\\\\”

🔹 New Competences: Our upcoming modules on Public Speaking and Presentation skills, designed to help young innovators pitch their ideas with confidence.

🔹 Social Impact: The opportunity to participate in a city-wide quest assessing mobility and accessibility for people with disabilities.

It is inspiring to see schools that are proactive in integrating such programs. Together, we are nurturing the next generation of changemakers in Zhytomyr.
